ABOUT EVENTS
- Participation will be as per the respective club or group rules and some groups may enforce a sticker rule requiring all cars at the events to have an official community, club or group sticker. Stickers can be purchased separately via the community or group admins.
- Participation is entirely optional to Members.
- New follow-up events will be communicated at the end of the event and also communicated to the respective community or group social page.
- All community events are free to Members unless prior communicated.
- Any cash contributed by members during an event will be collected by the community or group admins of that respective community or admin or by a designated party. Members will hold uch persons accountable for appropriation and or losses and Nissan Owners Club Kenya is indemnified from any misappropriation or losses of funds as a result of misconduct by an officer.
- During events, NOCK will not be held responsible for Member misconduct and or any damages and or injuries that may arise as a result of this misconduct. All Members will be required to conduct themselves in a respectable manner at all times during events. Any misconduct by a Member may lead to their immediate expulsion from the club. In the event of an accident or other major issues, local authorities may be involved and members are encouraged to co-operate with the authorities to resolve any issues.
- RACE's are STRICTLY prohibited during club events.
- Weapons of any kind are STRICTLY prohibited at club events.
- Alcohol consumption during events is not encouraged, however should members indulge, they are encouraged to practice safe drinking and must adhere to a NO Drunk Driving policy.
- Drugs other than prescription drugs are STRICTLY prohibited at club events.
